From fearsome giant trevally to battling bonefish and highly sought after permit, the pristine and protected flats of the Seychelles offers an exhilarating and luxurious experience that needs to be ticked off every angler’s bucket list.

Alphonse Island

Probably the best bonefishing in the Indian Ocean and the best milkfish destination on the planet. A healthy population of giant trevally, Indo-Pacific permit and triggerfish. Exceptional offshore fly fishing for sailfish, wahoo and yellowfin tuna.

Farquhar Atoll

Farquhar Atoll is one of the few Seychelles destinations where you will have the chance to target bumphead parrot fish on the flats. And probably the best known for the sheer diversity of species it offers anglers. Farquhar provides some truly exceptional offshore fly-fishing. milkfish, sailfish, barracuda, wahoo, yellowfin tuna, dogtooth tuna and a host of others prowl the bluewater just off the flats.

Cosmoledo Atoll

The land of giants for many reasons, the main being Cosmoledo Atoll is the GT capital of the world. The healthiest population of giant trevally on the planet. But also home to a huge population of bonefish, milkfish, Indo-Pacific permit and triggerfish. A vast lagoon surrounded by uninhabited islands and white sand flats.

Astove Atoll

A wild and hostile atoll surrounded in myth and synonymous for big GTs. An intimate four rod lodge with single fly fishing accommodation. Absolutely one of best destinations to catch GTs while wading. Also home to the famous Astove Wall, offering offshore fishing metres from the edge of the flats.
